The knowledge and experience of our support team is second to none with many of them having used the software in a live production environment within the direct marketing and database industry. That experience means they have an empathetic approach to our users support needs and in addition, our pro-active communication with users has helped us to develop a better product and deliver a more
client focussed service.

Our standard support hours are from 9.00am – 5.30pm and whilst our SLA states an acknowledgement response time to email contact of 120 minutes, it would be most unusual for an acknowledgement and indeed, a solution not to have been received with 60 minutes.
