Data quality and hygiene specialist, The Software Bureau, is gearing up for further expansion in 2016 by appointing a heavyweight programmer to its seven-strong development team, demonstrating its commitment to increased business growth next year.
From December, senior developer, Andy Benson will join the team. Benson has a wealth of industry experience having worked with data bureaux CYBA and Lloyd James for over 20 years and most recently at online community building agency, Kindred RM.
Benson will be responsible for bringing The Software Bureau’s new product development plans to fruition, including a number of new product launches in 2016, whilst also enhancing its suite of existing, award-winning software solutions including GeMMA, Cygnus and SwiftSort.
“We’re delighted to welcome Andy to the team. Not only does he come with a serious DM pedigree, he’s also a top notch coder, a combination which has been exceedingly difficult to find. He will be instrumental to our growth plans in 2016 which include accelerating our NPD programme and further enhancing our existing product portfolio including GeMMA, our market leading Mailmark software solution.”
“The Software Bureau has a reputation for excellence in the industry for its quality, hygiene and management solutions and I’m excited to be joining the dynamic, ambitious team. It’s fair to say that the reputation of the industry has had a tough ride over the past few months and that as a result data management has been driven up the agenda. We intend to capitalise on this creating software solutions that provide mail producers, data agencies and end users with easy, cost effective, efficient ways to go over and above best practice data requirements.”
