Support is of vital importance to our users and as such we have recruited the best staff to manage that process.

The knowledge and experience of our support team is second to none with all members having used the software in a live production environment within the direct marketing and database industry. That experience means they have an empathetic approach to our users support needs and in addition, our pro-active communication with users has helped us to develop a better product and deliver a more client focussed service.

Our standard support hours are from 9.00am – 5.30pm and whilst our SLA states an acknowledgement response time to email contact of 120 minutes, it would be most unusual for an acknowledgement and indeed, a solution not to have been received with 60 minutes.
