Customer Support Assistant
We are looking for a new member of our Cygnus support team.
This small but growing department is responsible for looking after the day to day needs of our Cygnus users. The ideal person will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a knowledge of data management, ideally but not exclusively, through their use of Cygnus. The role is based in Croydon but may involve some UK travel, which would mainly but not solely be, within the M25.
Salary commensurate with experience.
