The Cygnus desktop is a sophisticated, yet simple to use graphical interface. This multi-tasking, process flow design tool, maintains safe registers and relationships between data files being processed at all stages and especially:

• Allows links between files & processes to be made and amended
• Lets processes be started and stopped at any point
• Allows processes to be redesigned at any stage
• Provides a visual status of active processes
• Allows project design before your data arrives, saving time
• Activates from the command line for batch processing.
• Enables you to annotate QC notes where required
• Provides comprehensive audit reports

Data can be browsed at any stage in the process and queries set up to display only required record types. For example, all males in London etc. Individual fields to be viewed can be selected to keep your screen as uncluttered as possible and your data as visible as possible.
